Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance
AMC maintains the gardens and landscaping in a condition consistent to that when handed over, and in compliance with the maintenance program, aim to improve the aesthetic impression. AMC manages a gardening schedule dividing the areas into zones with different watering, mowing/cutting schemes. Irrigation and sprinkler system controllers are maintained and irrigation times shall be adopted to cover different seasons.
Inspection of planted area and replacing damaged or dying plants
Planted areas are inspected periodically and proper fertilizers are used. Where plants die, AMC replaces these plants with the same. Seasonal plants shall be replaced at the appropriate seasons.
Trees, plants, shrubs, hedges and lawns
AMC ensures that all trees and shrubs are trimmed as necessary to control the growth and health of the plants. Lawns are properly mowed and kept in good condition.
Fences and walls
AMC inspects and maintains the fences and boundary walls of the facility ensuring that these are in good condition always.
Roads and pavements
AMC shall maintain the safety, appearance and function of external hard standing areas, roads and paving within the facility. Regular inspections are carried out, providing minor repairs to cracking, deterioration of surfaces. Refurbishment and maintenance of paving will be undertaken as necessary.
Signage, furniture and equipment
AMC will be responsible for providing appropriate road markings and street signage for safety reasons and to maintain speed bumps, moveable gate barriers or other vehicle control devices and use them where necessary. Additionally, all external furniture and equipment are maintained as per the maintenance schedules.
