AMC implements access control measures at the entrances of the facility, preventing unauthorized access for both vehicles and pedestrians.
As part of the security measures, AMC checks all vehicles using screening equipment to ensure that no harmful materials such as explosive; guns etc., are being brought into the facility. X-Ray machines are used to check pedestrians and their belongings.
Control of vehicle blockers and monitoring of CCTV equipment
AMC personnel operate the road blocking equipment as well as the CCTV system to ensure total coverage of the facility.
Vehicular and foot patrols
As an added security measure, vehicular and foot patrols roam the facility round-the-clock checking for any irregularities as well as highlighting any risk and safety issued and reporting them to the HSE team.
Visitor control and issuing of passes
In order to establish a control on the non-residents present on the facility, a visitor monitoring and access control system is operated under the CAFM system. This monitoring provides reporting system giving the number of such visitors and how long they have been on the facility. This information helps in controlling the population as well as for any emergency situations.
