AMC operates and maintains a secure web-based CAFM system available 24/7, to manage and control the following:
Help desk and out-of- hours cover
AMC operates a Centralized Helpdesk Facility available 24/7 as the primary point of contact point that will receive telephone calls, emails, and personal visits from residents to lodge in their requests. Utilizing the CAFM system, the requests are logged, controlled and the resident updated. All data from the Help Desk, is logged into the CAFM for future analysis.
Emergency response and Contingency planning
With the award of the Project, during mobilization period, AMC shall conduct a risk assessment and plan in advance for any emergency preparedness.
Implementing quality standards
At AMC, the adoption of an accredited management system is a strategic decision. Accordingly, AMC currently holds the following accreditations;

Establishing a maintenance plan
All the assets and equipments available on the facility shall be entered into CAFM system and a Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) plan shall be derived and implemented to increase the useful lifespan of the assets
Transition and handover co-ordination from the contractor
On several occasions AMC has successfully managed to act on behalf of the Client to manage transition of control between any two contractors or from a supplier / construction contractor to FM Service provider.
Asset register and management
AMC performs an Asset Condition Survey and produces and maintains a five-year rolling plan, identifying the following:
AMC also conducts an inventory and enters, into the Assets Register, details of all plant and equipment, together with spare parts as available. AMC will subsequently maintain the equipment, and replace parts as necessary.
AMC has a full fledged and Centralized Procurement Department (CPD) directing and coordinating with the projects locations for procurement of materials / services that may be required for the execution of the projects. AMC is willing to act as an outsourced service provider in this element of FM Services.
Additional and minor works management
Upon receiving an official request from the Client for additional works that may be required, being of modification, construction, improvements, or
procurement nature with a detailed scope of requirements; AMC shallprovide quotation, schedule and manages and delivers the works within the agreed schedule. Prior to execution, AMC shall assess the situation and produce a risk assessments sheet, permit to work, and the relevant method statement.
